Home staging is the use of styling to maximise the appeal of the property to all target buyers and subsequently gaining higher or multiple offers, it also includes working out who your target buyers are, local research and knowledge. Occasionally you may have to redecorate or employ some tradesmen to correct issues within the home in order to achieve the best possible price. Staged homes typically sell for 10-20% more than those homes that have not, so it is a worthwhile investment, and for some it will be the difference between a sale or no sale.
